I think this is the light 4x that set the world record at U23's. No matter who they are, they're very technically good. Hands at the catch, especially out of 2 seat are very very good. No tightness, no shoulders.
Notice the difference in the catches from our 4x to the one below, they are much quicker, yet still slow through the water. We can work on our blade heights at the catch a little more, and our entries can be much smoother.
